Jackie was in invaluable asset to us when we went looking for a home in Clearwater, FL. We found the perfect property for us but the selling agent cautioned us it was victim to a sinkhole in the past. We were obviously frightened, but Jackie said she’d look into it.
Soon after, she reports back to us that there was NO sinkhole, and found the engineer’s report from 10 years ago stating that it was normal settling!
Fantastic find! Almost 3 years later and I’m happy to report there’s still nothing wrong with the home, thanks to her!
