When looking for an agent, I was recommended Myers Realty and I must say that I was very happy with thier service and professionalism. plus, they went the extra mile to educate and guide me through the process from listing to staging. We found Karen online advertising a home, we had already been working with another realtor and when I responded to online ad she had listed spoke with her after meeting w/her quickly made the decision to change realtors. She was very eager & motivated to show houses even in pouring down rain and cold weather (yes cold weather in Florida, lol.). None of us wanted to be out that day but due to work schedules etc it’s the only day we had available and she was happy to do it. Due to our budget and what we wanted/needed in a home placed a challenge for her .. she did not miss a beat and started right away emailing listings to us some didn’t meet our “ideal” requirements, however when we saw the home we ended up purchasing it was 1/2 bath less than what we wanted but it had everything else we needed in a home. We would have never found our home on our own because we didn’t look outside our “ideal” requirements and would have missed out on our home we are very pleased and trilled to recommend Karen to everyone!
